Holidays: on Songkran, New Year, the Khanom music festival and Thai long weekends, the Fri–Sat rate applies every night. Songkran: 12–15 April. New Year: 30 December – 1 January. The dates of the Khanom music festival and Thai long weekends change every year, so please ask us about your dates.

Children & Extra Guests
Babies under 1 and children aged 1–4 stay free of charge. A baby cot is free on request.

- Late check-out on request, subject to availability. Please ask at the front desk.
- Reception
- Reception is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are no problem.
Deposit, Payment & Cancellation
- Deposit
- 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Once we have confirmed your dates, we send you the payment details. Transfer fees are paid by the guest.
- Balance
- The balance is paid on arrival.
- Cancellation
- Cancel or change your dates up to 7 days before check-in and we refund the full deposit or move it to your new dates. Refunds take as long as your bank or payment service needs. For cancellations within 7 days of check-in the deposit is not refunded, but you can move your stay to new dates.
- On arrival
- No security deposit on arrival. We accept cash, PromptPay (Thai QR) and credit cards.
